Cindy Dial

Longtime Lunenburg resident, Cindy finds her way into real estate after a variety of creative professions. Starting with her own line of children’s clothing in 1992, her business soon evolved into dressing homes instead of people. She understands the South Shore tourism/accommodation market, having restored and operated for 5 years a 4.5 star historic inn. Her flare for interior design and her hands-on experience with a number of heritage properties in Lunenburg has made her a sought after color and design consultant. She has managed a number of historic home renovation projects and recognizes the value and potential of Lunenburg’s distinctive architecture. Most recently, she and husband Adam, completed the reconstruction of Boatbuilder’s Cottage, a charming guest accommodation.

Always in the midst of some sort of project, the Dials are so frequently encountered in work clothes covered in saw dust, plaster, paint or garden grime, that they have proudly earned the title of “Lunenburg’s Worst Dressed Couple”.

Marked by their tireless work-ethic, the Dials, including daughter Lauren are currently (and perpetually) restoring their own Lunenburg gem.

Cindy loves and is so dedicated to the area that she has initiated a number of community art projects involving Lunenburg’s youth, encouraging them to see and value the beauty of their surroundings.
Cindy is eager to apply her skills and talents to assist clients looking for their own Lunenburg gem, as well as those who must reluctantly part with theirs.
