Licensed in 1979, Allan’s first position was Sales Manager for a 240 Unit luxurious Condo Project on Lake Ontario called the Palace Pier where he gained vast amounts of experience working with a sales force that sold to both Canadian and International markets.  Ten years later, Lake Superior and a completely different lifestyle attracted Allan, and he moved to Sault St. Marie and focused on selling rural properties and waterfront homes.  Later, another move found him in Sudbury, where he furthered his career and expanded his knowledge in the Real Estate Industry.  Already attracted to Nova Scotia in 2010 by the ocean, family, the people, the food, a new opportunity came along that would bring him to Nova Scotia.  

  
Allan is fluent in both French and English, and Coastal Winds is excited to have him on board.  Living now in Grand Desert with his spouse of over 20 years, they, with their 2 rescued Jack Russell’s, are what they consider, living the “good life” and Allan can now be found most days incorporating his passions with his career, some of which are meeting and talking to new people, enjoying the company of animals, dabbling in interior design & staging, gardening and travelling, and…. he has been known to enjoy the occasional card game.
